Project Background
The Canyon Club is a 60-acre luxury residential resort community on Lake Travis in the Texas Hill Country, just 45 minutes from Austin. Twenty-five homes across gently sloping waterfront terrain, with over 2,000 feet of private shoreline. Among them, five residences built using ICON's 3D printing technology, one of the first luxury applications of robotic construction in the world.
Proven supported the developer from early-stage planning through concept development, commercial positioning, and lead generation strategy, helping shape the project from initial vision to market launch.

Architecture by Mark Richardson draws on the native landscape of the Hill Country, with low-slung profiles, natural materials, and expansive views oriented toward the lake and surrounding canyons. ICON's expansive 3D-printed homes pair advanced construction technology with interiors by Kempt Studio, blending sustainable performance with a standard of finish calibrated to the luxury market.
The Canyon Club sits at the intersection of two significant shifts in residential development: the maturation of 3D-printed construction as a viable luxury product, and growing demand for resort-style communities that offer both lifestyle amenity and investment structure. The project incorporates fractional ownership alongside whole ownership, with rental programme partnerships through Inspirato, ThirdHome, and Book Above.
The community has attracted national press coverage since its announcement, including features in Hospitality Design, Tribeza, and Axios Austin.
